Moxie Pest Control is BOOMING in the Phoenix Valley, and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal staff members to join our team.
We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group. We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Moxie Pest Control!
Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment. We have frequent office games/raffles with fun prizes (gift cards, movie tickets, catered lunches). Each quarter we gather for a company wide celebration (bowling nights, bubble soccer, casino nights). The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!
As an office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively help all types of customers, while also learning about our different departments to see where you will be a rock star.
This position does have the opportunity to be performed remotely, from home, after successful completion of the initial in-office training period.
We are looking to immediately fill several positions. All positions include speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:
-Inbound customer service calls for existing customers
-Customer text, chat, and email
-New customer onboarding
-Technician support
-Outbound billing, scheduling, quality assurance
-Scheduling appointments
-Administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)
-Dance party coordination
-A million other possibilities.

Several full-time Office Expert positions are available.
Health benefits after 90 days.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
