Greet and interact with customers by phone and in person. Schedule and coordinate service and repairs. Offer and schedule customer shuttle service as needed. Offer and schedule loaner car uses as needed.
Monitor and track progress of repair or service and maintain contact with customers providing updates and estimated completion times.
Offer required/recommended service and repair with a focus on customer wants and needs, sales, and profitability, utilizing excellent customer service.
Estimate required/recommended service and repair ensuring accuracy and profitability with a focus on quality, thoroughness and honesty.
Source parts needed for the repair process.
Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns, using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills.
Strictly adhere to company policies. Also required to adhere to Environmental Protection Agency laws and practices.
Remain flexible, anticipate change and create positive outcomes.
