Customer service counter representative needed for family owned Drycleaner. 22-30 hours a week. Minimum 5 years customer service experience in any customer service field. No dry cleaning experience required. Will train . Looking for a self-motivated/hard-working individual as this is a fast-paced/independent position. Some heavy lifting as the clothes can be heavy. Strong organization and communication skills required. Hours are Friday 7AM to 7 PM Friday 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 to 5. These hours and days can be somewhat flexible. Looking for a long-term person as there is a lot of training in procedures involved. Must have reliable transportation.
Job consists of tagging clothes, taking in and giving out orders and pinning alterations on customers if needed (will train) Greeting customers with extremely friendly customer service. Light cleaning when there is down time.
