Provides timely and accurate information to incoming clients/customers/drivers. Works closely with the other departments to resolve concerns.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Full-time positions offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits in addition to Employee Incentive Bonuses and Production Bonuses.
After sixty days of continuous employment, you may be eligible to receive a $200.00 bonus, and after six months of continuous employment, you may be eligible to receive a $300.00 bonus. This is an incentive program to encourage employees to stay employed with MTBA.
