Customer Service Representative
Salary: $14 - $16 Per Hr. plus incentives
Employment: Full Time
We are a family owned and operated Pest and Termite Control company for over 21 years that is known for providing excellent customer service with exceptional Service Technicians and Customer Service Teams. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an honest and dependable Customer Service/Route Coordinator who are ready to provide exceptional Customer service to our customers. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We provide paid training.
Job Skills:
Communicating Effectively with Customers and Team Members
Responsible for scheduling and solving customer concerns
Collect payments on completed services
Provide information to prospective customers and Offer Pest Control Services to existing/New clients
Ability to effectively manage time and process
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid Drivers License
