Bron Tapes is looking for an experienced, qualified individual interested in becoming a contributing member of our branch in Phoenix.

Our inside team provides support to a highly successful outside sales team. You will work directly with customers and manufacturers as well as Bron employees across the country. Starting pay is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour/depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities May Include:

Order Entry

Purchasing

AR/AP

Inventory Management

Provide order status, product information, account status, pricing, or service to customer/sales rep in a timely manner

Maintain close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse

Transmit and receive information with secure websites

Creation and retention of records relating to customer and vendor transactions

Comprehension of customer and industry specifications

Filing and general office duties

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills:

Minimum 5 years experience in customer service

Account Management

Supply Chain Mgmt. experience

Thrive in fast paced office with ability to multi-task

Strong basic math skills for conversion of different units of measure, both metric and imperial

Proficient computer skills, i.e., Outlook, Word, & Excel

Great communication skills, written and verbal

Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with an ISO-based quality system preferred

Experience with SAP would be beneficial

Education :

College Degree/or Life Experience preferred

Certification in Supply Chain Management a plus

Certified as Professional CSR a plus

High School Diploma + Measurable Experience - Minimum Requirement

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
