Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician
Work start and end time: Weekdays, some evenings and weekends; on-call rotation required
Pay: Weekly
Position Summary: To provide Service, repair and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Valid driver's license (Required)
NATE certifications preferred but not required
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience making repair and replace decisions.
Advanced customer service skills.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. (Required)
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
3+ years experience
Insurable driving record
Possess tools needed
