We are seeking highly motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers with their needs for the position of Service Advisor with our company. No Automotive experience needed. For those without experience this is a great field to transition into if you have been in any retail sales, restaurant management, customer service rep.
Job Duties include but are not limited to
Front-line customer service
Building estimates/taking photos/text messaging.
Selling jobs
Process invoices and payments
Parts ordering
Assisting Store Manager as required
Requirements
We are looking for the following attributes:
Superior customer service
Self-motivated
Goal-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a team environment
Basic computer
Must be able to stand for extending periods of time
Light lifting required (up to 30 lbs)
