Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
-Responsible for working with the Capability/Product Managers to define/groom the features to understand the requirements
-Lead JAD sessions with all impacted applications to come up with the High level solutioning
-Create a solution intent document that is then reviewed with the Scrum teams in order for them to build out the detail design solution.
-Be part of the project from beginning to end working with both the business & IT to bridge any gaps and help out with questions/issues as needed throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of healthcare, HIPAA Transaction Code Sets, Facets platform 5.8 and above
-Understanding of new modern technology like Machine Learning, Rules Engines, AI
- 3-5 years in Healthcare,
- 3-5 years working with Facets,
- 1-3 years with modern technology.
