The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.The Administration Planning and Logistics Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the governance and operational infrastructure for Conduct Management and providing centralized support and services across the Conduct Management organization to meet our strategic priorities.Strategic Initiatives Management is responsible for the Conduct Management initiatives portfolio from ideation through completion. This includes enablement activities and roles throughout the lifecycle of the initiative, from intake through completion including strategic planning, project (GPMO) engagement, project champion, or SME as well as fulfilling key coordination and implementation activities, and overall reporting across the entire portfolio of Conduct Management projects and initiatives.The Conduct Management Initiatives Lead will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation for projects and initiatives owned by Conduct Management. Initiatives Lead responsibilities include:

Lead the implementation of small to medium sized audits/exams, issue and corrective action and internal business programs, and projects or efforts, to ensure timely resolution

Collaborate with initiative sponsors and key partners such as the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to ensure maximum effectiveness of critical initiative objectives to drive effective prioritization and decision-making

Consult with business/project sponsor, stakeholders, and key partners to ensure approach, deliverables, and effective evidence, to include leveraging skills in problem-solving, communication, and relationship management to effectively engage partners, lead with a One Wells Fargo view, and proactively identify related activities to simplify and mitigate potential risks

Provide initiatives coordination and administrative services (i.e. research, documentation)

Provide executive level status updates on small/medium initiatives

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
