Job DescriptionManages sales and customer account administration as well as the monitoring, planning, and implementation of projects that support order processing activities.Performs budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis activities for sales operations leadership and teams.The RoleReporting to the Sr. Manager of renewals sales operations, you will be a crucial members of Oracle's CORE Sales Operations team.You will partner with and advise CORE renewals leadership team on how to optimize the sales process, ensure pipeline hygiene and support increasing bookings for the renewals and expansion business through your work in driving action from data and insights. You will support creating analytical rigor, process improvement, dashboard/reporting creation, forecasting, territory management, account prioritization, lead to contract expertise, quarterly business reviews, ad hoc analysis and project leadership, and by providing relevant, actionable insights and recommendations.This is a high-profile role, with project work being presented to senior stakeholders across the organization. To succeed in this position, you’ll combine your strong business and GTM acumen, attention to detail, affinity for business process, and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment aimed at achieving CORE's overall business objectives in an efficient and scalable manner.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed:Experience 5+ years. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $115,900 to $227,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $115,900 to $239,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $129,600 to $239,900 per annum. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
