Description:Entellus is looking for a talented Designer to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to work with engineers and other designers on land development projects. The successful candidate will have strong AutoCAD Civil 3D experience on land development projects (residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial), good communication skills, and be able to create and conceptualize designs and drawings for a variety of projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLayout and design residential subdivisions both standalone and within a master planned community, as well as work on multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects featuring paving, grading, drainage, water, and sewer design.Complete the final drafting/plan production.Prepare basic engineering calculations in support of the infrastructure design.Review and apply the design standards established by all agencies involved in each project.Coordinate with the project team and other consultants/stakeholders.Work within the scope, schedule, and budget assigned to each project.Skills/QualificationsDesign experience on land development projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.Ability to prioritize projects and daily workload to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Must be consistent and highly accurate in work output.Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment.Must be able to work independently/remotely while still meeting schedules and budget.Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.Skills:development, Civil 3d, CAD, Design, Land development, Civil engineering, Site development, Stormwater, Civil design, Site layout, Drainage, Construction, AutoCAD Civil 3d, InfrastructureTop Skills Details:AutoCADCivil 3DdesignAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Civil AutoCADCivil 3DExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
