As Director Integrated Supply Chain Project Management (Repair and Overhaul (R&O) OP (Outside Processing)) at Honeywell, you will drive global oversight of the R&O Materials Execution teams at the Global R&O sites for outside supply base procured and repaired parts, supporting the MRO activities of Honeywell\'s world-class products. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the processes, tools, and Management Operation System for all Gate 2 MRO activities for the OP supply orders/products and services, defining and deploying best practices and standard work, and driving successful Annual Operating Plan attainment with a specific focus on R&O delivery performance. This role supports both electrical and mechanical value streams. You will work closely with the Global Repair & Overhaul Engineering (GROE team) Mechanical and Avionics teams to drive margin expansion through reduced reliance on new part consumption with our repair and overhaul activities. You will also partner with Customer & Product Support, Planning, Procurement, Rate Readiness, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
