Position : Desktop Support Technician

Location : Phoenix, AZ Onsite

Duration : Fulltime

Client : Tech Mahindra / Applied Materials

Job Descriptions
  • Should have 5+ years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration
  • VPN Connectivity/Installations
  • Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
  • Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
  • Office 365 basic troubleshooting
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS devices ONLY
  • Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
  • Ability to run online/in person production webinars & all hands. ( Teams and Zoom )
  • Experience with managing and maintaining conference room hardware. ( Crestron, Logitech, QSC )
  • Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies:
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
