You will assist with global aircraft trip planning to accommodate our unique experimental aircraft fleet. You will coordinate with crew, flight test customers, maintenance, GoDirect Flight Services, and others to obtain overflight and landing permissions, arrange handling, and provide weather and flight plans to ensure the safe and streamline operations. You will review post-trip invoices for accuracy and work with regular vendors and handlers to estimate trip costs. You will work with scheduling software to pro-actively maintain the aircraft and crew schedule.Key Responsibilities
International permissions for experimental aircraft
Provide flight planning and weather information
Maintain aircraft and crew schedules
Coordinate aircraft handling and fueling
Maintain flight following system
Coordinate flight crew travel arrangements and visas
Co-ordinate security arrangements
Produce trip cost estimates
YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma
5 years of experience obtaining international overflight and landing permissions for experimental aircraft
5 years of experience with aircraft flight planning
WE VALUE
Experience scheduling aircraft using ARINC Direct-FOS software
Effective communication across diverse global teams
Knowledge of regulations and standards in aircraft scheduling
Right and Fast identification of interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues
Knowledge of international routing, pricing, quality and safety procedures, weather patterns, time zones, crew duty and rest limitations
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and risk identification
Timely decision-making of complex systematic analysis
Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
