The ideal candidate will be proficient in Calendly and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a detail oriented and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule and manage appointments and meetings using Calendly Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with special projects and events as assigned Provide general support to the team as needed Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role Proficiency in Calendly for scheduling and managing appointments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills detail oriented demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with a multi-line phone system is a plus This is a contract position located in North Phoenix, AZ.
