Graduate Structural Engineer

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a bridge Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing various structural systems for bridges on infrastructure projects.This position is expected to start in May 2027.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Perform structural analysis and design calculations for diverse projectsDevelop and review structural drawings and specifications using CAD softwareCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project successConduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progressPrepare technical reports and present findings to project managers and clientsAssist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimatesStay updated on industry standards, building codes, and emerging technologiesParticipate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
