Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: The IT Operations Support Liaison is a crucial member of the client IT Team. The role they play with IT Incident Management (resolving what is broken) is to:
Act as a facilitator between the IT Helpdesk and the Operations Support Team, monitoring the ticket queue for high priority tickets and helping to resolve anything that is slowing down the delivery of world-class customer service.
Is the point person for onsite support of IT issues for our client Support Center team. They are there to help with daily IT challenges and keep our team working smoothly to be ready to help our ambulatory surgery centers.
Participates in regular provisioning tasks in partnership with the Operations Support team to prepare IT hardware for deployment, support staff identity management, and other functions that require a detailed eye and consistent excellence.
Provide remote support to our ambulatory surgery centers to resolve front-line IT issues or escalate more complex issues for faster resolution.
Is the force multiplier for the entire IT Team, making everyone more effective in their work. This team member is an entry-level position for the client IT Team; it will prepare them for more advanced jobs in the future.
Will learn the IT high-performance approach to providing world-class customer service for client.
Background and Skills We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in enterprise IT, similar to an associate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent, with at least one year of previous experience. We are looking for a strong sense of customer service, an eagerness to help other people, a hunger to learn, and a desire to work in a high-performance team environment.
