Job Description

As an Office Leader of our Phoenix office, you will be responsible for building a multidiscipline office infrastructure by developing business, fostering local client relationships, maximizing operational efficiency, and recruiting. You will also be responsible for office financial performance, staff management, and developing leadership within the office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of winning key projects and expanding the revenue base for an office.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or business
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the consulting industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership and management in Arizona
  • Experienced in growing a consulting operation
  • Proven track record in attracting leadership and developing talented staff
