Learn more about our Oracle practice.QualificationsRequired:Functional professional with 1 ERP Supply Chain Management - SCM implementation (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12).Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project (Release 10 or later).A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Supply Chain Management applications such as: Inventory, Order Management, Distribution modulesDemonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancementsUp to 80% travel requiredA Bachelor s degreePreferred:Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industriesStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAn advanced degree in the area of specializationHow you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.   • As Director Integrated Supply Chain Project Management (Repair and Overhaul (R&O) OP (Outside Processing)) at Honeywell, you will drive global oversight of the R&O Materials Execution teams at the Global R&O sites for outside supply base procured and repaired parts, supporting the MRO activities of Honeywell\'s world-class products. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the processes, tools, and Management Operation System for all Gate 2 MRO activities for the OP supply orders/products and services, defining and deploying best practices and standard work, and driving successful Annual Operating Plan attainment with a specific focus on R&O delivery performance.
