Role: Performance Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ Long Term Duration Required Skills/Experience • Undergraduate studies in computer science and engineering, management information systems, or related degree • Minimum of five years of experience in the field of Performance testing & Performance Engineering Space. • Experience embedding Performance test in CI-CD Pipeline including complete automation of the performance testing process to accelerate the speed of delivery • Strong collaboration skills • SDLC and testing methodology • Experience with performance testing tools such as Neoload, Netstorm, LoadRunner
Preferred Skills / Experience • Experience with APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk and capable of integrating with test tools and ability to create custom dashboards • Experience with debugging and tuning of Application servers, JVM, heap, and thread dump analysis, OS & database analysis, and related performance issues • Well-versed in creating Decisive Performance Test Summary reports and capable of custom real- time test monitoring dashboards using Grafana • Experience with Cloud Performance Testing approach and Integrated Performance testing between Cloud and On-Prem applications - AWS, Google Cloud Platform etc.
