Description: At Arizona Department of Health Services, the contractor is responsible for the following duties:
Create manual test cases and test data for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing using Azure DevOps
Work with business analyst to understand business requirements and create test cases / test plans.
Builds knowledge of organization processes and customers. Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues and requests; escalates urgent/conflicting requests.
Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.

This person is expected to integrate with a team of business analysts, developers, designers, Quality Analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver results on time and communicate effectively with their project manager and team. The Quality Assurance (QA) Team conducts testing activities and maintains the quality of multiple applications for the Arizona WIC Program. The applications are HANDS, Vendor Web, Clinic Search, WIC Complaint Tracking, UPC and EzWIC Mobile Apps. Technology Requirements:
3 -5 years of experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Developer
3 -5 years of experience with Oracle SQL Developer
3 – 5 years working in an Agile environment
3-5 years of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Job Duties:
Create manual test cases and test data for Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing using Azure DevOps.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing.
Attend and coordinate meetings and discussion sessions like JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions, Requirement review meetings etc.
Review all relevant documentations like business requirements, functional specifications, release notes etc.
Manage and create bugs and issues with expected resolutions.
Participate in the release activities that include participating release meetings, monitoring release progress.
Coordinate with the business analysts or subject matter experts for requirements clarifications.
