RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join their team.
Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide Quality Assurance for the new system being developed for the Division of Licensing. The QA Analyst will participate in creating test plans, manual and automated test cases, test data for multiple or complex projects. They will participate in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs and provides input to test coverage based on requirements and design specifications. The QA Analyst will use their knowledge and experience to find, create and triage bugs and create test data for testing and write queries to validate test results.
Duties:
Work with business analyst to understand use case style requirements and create test cases/test plans
QA Analyst builds knowledge of organization processes and customers; Strong ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues and requests; Escalates urgent/conflicting requests
As a QA Analyst, you will identify opportunities for use of solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft software tools including Test Manager, Team Foundation Server, and Office Products
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
