Responsibilities:
Able to plan and manage product releases
Responsible for End to end business and release communication
Planning, managing and execution of big releases involving multiple teams
Identify risk, issues and dependencies across applications and resolve the same for smooth release
Experience in managing UAT expectations
Manage UAT sign off, post deployment validation, outage notification and stakeholders coordination
Strong UAT experience required
Create and Document UAT Use cases, assist Business users during UAT
Ensure excellent application usability through careful manual testing
Collaborate with Product team, development team and backend teams to plan, test and release high-quality features in the apps.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Experience managing high complexity cross functional releases
Excellent Business Communication skills
Experience in creating UAT & Release Plan, identifying dependencies and blockers
Experience writing manual tests cases and Business / User use cases
5+ years of technical experience in a software development organization with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science (preferably Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines)
Experience with Agile software development methodology (SCRUM)
Has exposure to a variety of distributed infrastructure technologies and systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deals well with ambiguounder defined problems; able to think abstractly
Project management / QA Management experience will be added advantage
