RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client who is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. to be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Duties of the Senior Business Analyst include:
Senior Business Analyst works with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes.
Senior Business Analyst serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical lead.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you establish and maintain liaison relationship with business partners and IT in order to provide effective technical solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
