Meet Quality, Productivity and Attendance requirements
Make outbound calls to members and provider offices
Maintain accurate documentation
Being responsible for any follow - up work needed forresolving and closing issues
Identify and resolve anticipated Provider issuesto prevent future calls
Maintain proficiency in all technical applications(technical skills and system knowledge)

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook with the ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical claims billing
1+ years of Call Center experience
Bilingual with English and Spanish
2+ years of telephonic customer service experience
