Manages multiple project initiatives of various sizes.
This includes managing all phases of projects from initiation through scoping, design, development, implementation, and post-implementation support.
The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of value-added solutions to the business units.
This role includes coordinating employees and/or contractors, managing service providers, and planning and executing change efforts.
Manage large MIS projects/programs or IS components of projects including development of proposal/charter, creating and maintaining the work plan, managing the project team to complete their tasks, tracking and escalating issues, and creating and presenting weekly status reports.
Work closely with Business, MIS and Site Representatives, Business Solution Architects, Operations Architects, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Architects to gather requirements, scope projects, and design solutions
Secure project resources, communicate and receive commitments from project sponsors, and coordinate purchasing and procurement activities.
Work with the infrastructure, security, applications, and operations teams on building and executing project plans and transitioning support.
Understand the tactical and strategic plans of the business units and sites in order to support and promote an MIS strategy that aligns with the business process and operations.
Stay current on new business processes, new technologies, and project management methodologies.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience in the Information Services or Process Technology fields, which includes four (4) years of Project Management experience on IT system implementations.
High School diploma or GED and eleven (11) years of experience in the Information Services or Process Technology fields, which includes six (6) years of Project Management experience on IT system implementations.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business.
Experience managing both applications and infrastructure programs/projects.
Experience managing multiple projects at once including multi-year efforts with budgets of $1M or more.
Use of MS Project 2013, preferably MS Project Server.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Two (2) to four (4) years in an infrastructure technical role working with one (1) or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows, Cisco Network Switching, EMC or NetApp.
Storage, Dell or HP or IBM Servers.
Certifications in any of the above technology areas.

Your role as Customer Project Manager is to manage multiple patient monitoring system software services implementations that vary in scope, size and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. You will also be responsible for leading a clinical and technical team for each project, to ensure successful customer experience and adherence to the defined statement of work.
