Role: Senior Technical Business Analyst (Web)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Skills Required

Experience as a
Technical Analyst in Website Development, Maintenance and Enhancements
Experience on
Sitecore CMS or any CMS (content management system) projects
Knowledge and understanding of APIs.
Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and ability to write their specifications
Ability to understand the technicalities and distinction of Desktop Website versus Mobile UI
Should be able to write basic SQL queries
Knowledge of the Airline workflows is prefer to have – Shopping, Booking, Reservations, Pricing, Ticketing
Ability to write efficient user stories in Jira - Expertise in
Scrum and Agile Methodology
Experience of using requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
Should have also performed as a
Scrum Master – Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.
Expertise in Requirement Management and Analysis Ability to understand the business process flow and system interactions.
Ability to document the requirements and draw high level process flows
Ability to articulate business need to IT requirements so that technology teams can create IT solutions
Creating product backlog, release backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
