Are you ready to help us make the future? This is a key role in the HPS Sales Operations Reporting team. Sales Operations is part of the larger HPS Commercial Excellence team; a team uniquely positioned to leverage our tools, systems, and data to support the sales organization, with analytics and business insight to ensure that we are operating at full potential.The senior business intelligence analyst is the focal point in the business for developing, analyzing and communicating Pipeline, Forecast and Orders Results metrics & analyses and identifying opportunities to improve forecast and pipeline management in HPS. This includes working closely with Sales Leaders, Lines of Businesses, Marketing, Finance and Planning Functions across all regions driving improvement opportunities based on fact-based analyses.This is a diverse and dynamic role within a multinational, multi-cultural and multi-site business environments.The role requires a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, sales operations experience combined with Business Intelligence / Reporting skills. This person is eager to learn, can find his / her way in a complex multinational, multi-site and multi-cultural environment and feels comfortable to communicate (mostly on distance) with different functions / colleagues based at different locations globally.
Prepare data summaries necessary to present data for review by the Sales Management, Senior Management and other requesting departments. This includes but is not limited to new and existing Salesforce dashboards, Tableau Visualizations, Business Scorecards and compilations of the same for presentations
Able to work closely with users to analyze source system data to identify data anomalies and data definition inconsistencies. Creates new system/process documentation such as process flows, system diagrams or data models where required
Support the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced reporting requests by facilitating meetings to analyze and document user requirements as related to Enterprise Reporting
Leverage experience to propose appropriate solution options
Leads iterative solution design and prototyping efforts for the business based on their knowledge of the tools and the data
Lead solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test data and environments, coordinating the test execution, and validating test results
Analyzes, prepares and presents opportunities to drive improvements in Reporting Processes
Cooperate directly with Sales Leaders, LOB’s, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Planning functions globally; providing technical support and problem resolution assistance for reporting and process issues
Supports Orders forecasting activities with data & analyses
Validates CRM and Orders data on a regular basis and performs reconciliations as required
Pro-actively identifies, develops and communicates Sales Operations metric improvements
Super user of the CRM platform, develops reports and deploys to key users globally
Super user of Sales Forecast Collaboration tool, ensures the tool runs smoothly, maintains forecast policies, implements business changes in the tool and provides support to users as needed
Identifies and supports master data cleansing
Makes sure documentation on metrics is always up to date
Create detailed system design, architecture and end-user documentation to support new users and new implementation efforts. Delivers training and performs knowledge transfer to team members as required
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of Business Intelligence Reporting and/or Sales Operations experience
WE VALUE
Ability to work with large data sets and databases including SQL experience
Strong Expertise in Alteryx Designer or similar ETL software
Experience with Tableau Desktop
Experience Salesforce.com or other CRM
Experience with Aviso
Consistent track record in BI Reporting and Analyses or Sales Operations
Greenbelt certified preferred or improvement mindset
Cultural awareness and can work (remotely) across geographies within a diverse team.
Achieves engagement with influence skills; get things done without direct reporting lines
Candidate should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively document technical material for technical as well as non-technical, personnel.
Candidate must also have a strong attention to detail, work well within a team of analysts and collaborate with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Good at managing multiple projects concurrently and task prioritization
Quick learner and has demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and execute small to medium scale projects
Excellent MS Excel & MS Access skills
