Works with the business team to identify the right business problem and gather the requirements

• Present initial results to business stakeholders and identify the next steps
• Involved in requirements analysis and sizing by creating, grooming, and sizing features and user stories for new requirements
• Involved in creating Program Increment/Sprint plans and attending daily scrum calls
• Responsible for providing timely status as per the guidelines
• Understand coding best practices / guidelines
• Estimating engineering work effort for engineering team and effectively identifying and
• prioritizing the high impact tasks
• Conducting design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best
• practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines
• Developing front end website architecture
• Designing user interactions on web pages
• Developing back end website applications
• Creating servers and databases for functionality
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs
• Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enhance team velocity
