Requirements: · 3+ years' experience in IT recruiting. · Track record of success in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers and End User Support. · Ability to establish strong relationships with both Technology Professionals and with other Sales and Operations staff to maintain a positive and successful work environment. · Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle. · Familiarity with various recruiting techniques & applicant tracking tools. · Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions. · Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers with candidates.
