We are a fast-paced scratch Italian kitchen. The schedule will be 5 days a week open-close Thursday-Monday for a minimum of 57 hours a week with two days off in a row on Tuesday and Wednesday. Everything on the books and no cash employees.
Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year Pizza Cook Experience
Minimum 1 year Pasta/Sauté Experience
Minimum 1 year Kitchen Manager Experience
Leadership Skills
Responsibilities:
Ordering all food, paper goods, janitorial supplies
Kitchen Scheduling
Maintaining a clean and safe work place
Maintaining food quality and portion control
Update daily specials
Food cost analysts on new items
Write daily prep lists and follow through
Log waste items
Keep weekly inventory
Hiring and Training new BOH employees
