I'm looking for a kick ass cook/sous that can hold his/her own. This is a position at our restaurant in Laveen. It is a salaried position. You will be running the show. It's a one man show. Honestly during the busy season, he or she will work 50-60 hrs a week. Summer time we are closing for lunch. 90% of the time you will have Monday's and Tuesday off. Unless I have a major food truck event. We specialize in Louisiana Cuisine. Solid Resume must be submitted.
