What you will do:
As a Home Health RN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!)
Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patients needs
Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs
Support the patients and familys cultural beliefs
Perform duties consistent with the Nursing Practice Act including the Standards of Competent Performance.
Participates in the On-Call rotation and as requested

Who you are:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
Current, active license in the state of Arizona Board of Nursing, pursuant to ARS Title 32, Chapter 15 including fingerprint checks.
Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam, clinical skills self-assessment and core competency per skills checklist.
Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
DMV and criminal background check / fingerprint card as appropriate.
Complete 6 hours of in-service training per year.
