Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Candidate should possess great communication skills, customer service skills, and a pleasant personality. Must be professional and courteous. Must be dependable and punctual.

Requirements:

A minimum THREE years of dental front office experience and Dentrix G6 experience is required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and

miscellaneous operations expenses.

Managing office within budget guidelines to include clerical and auxiliary supply purchases, equipment upgrades, labs and

labor costs.

Managing patient treatment planning aimed at maximizing Level of Service.

Increasing and stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs.

Recruiting, hiring, and developing office team capable of providing best in patient care.

Directly supervising office team members and proactively managing their performance and development including but not

limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions.

Communicating with office team members regularly to ensure they have the information, tools, and support needed to perform

their jobs effectively and successfully.

Maintaining excellent patient survey results.

Completing administrative tasks, such as report reviews, bank deposits, personal information, treatment consultation

documentation, account history transactions, etc.

Managing and assisting designated office team members with appropriate payment and insurance processes.

Maintaining facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and reporting and/or correcting hazards when necessary in

compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA.

Responding to doctor, patient and employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries and seeks assistance when necessary.

Continually working towards building and sustaining a joined leadership work environment with doctor and team members.

Performing other duties as assigned.
