We pay for your classes, 2 exam fees and books.
And, we pay your hourly rate while you attend classes.
6 Days of Classes / for a total of 38 hours

We are looking for Quality Direct Care Workers (DCW) with a genuine desire to work in geriatrics is who we are looking for to become part of our Royal Oaks team. Your knowledge as a competent Direct Care Worker (DCW) assures that resident needs are met in the most efficient manner. Royal Oaks Assisted Living Centers are state–of-the-art facilities, with excellent ratings. For Direct Care Workers (DSW), becoming a Certified Caregiver (required to work in the licensed assisted living settings) is a short process that broadens your skills to be able to administer medications safely to our residents. Royal Oaks is a premier senior community in Sun City and we are working to select top-notch CNA applicants with current CPR/First Aid, current AZ Fingerprint Card, Food Handlers Card for consideration into a program where you will attend and pass Caregiver training! When you pass the course exam (2 tries to successfully complete) we will be able to consider you a Direct Care Worker position with our company.
You must have a valid/active Direct Care Worker Certification to qualify for this opportunity.
