Looking for an experienced Back Office MA who may also spend some time scribing for the physician. Responsibilities include rooming patients, reviewing complaints and medications, handling prescriptions and orders, reviewing follow-up plan with patients and assisting the providers with coding. We need someone who can communicate effectively, document efficiently and accurately and has an eye for detail. Our EMR is MacPractice and we work exclusively on Apple computers. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday 8 to 5, no evenings or weekends. We offer a comfortable, friendly atmosphere where teamwork is essential.
