Medical Assistant - We have a multi-provider Orthopedic Specialty practice in need of an MA with at least 2+ years of experience in one of the following specialties: Orthopedics, Urgent Care, Occupational, or Podiatry. EMR skills are imperative. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, cast and splint assist, suture removals, wound care, dressing changes, schedule tests and procedures, obtain prior authorizations, prescription refill calls, and triage. Salary $14-18+/DOE. Office Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Benefits: health insurance, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Medical Assistant (Bilingual A+) - We have a group of Trauma Surgeons located in Scottsdale in need of an additional MA. Duties: set-up/break down rooms, room patients, take vitals, scribe into EMR, assist with minor procedures, wound care, dressing changes, drain pulls, I&D's, suture/staple removals, assist with splinting and casting and removals, prescription refill calls, obtaining prior authorizations for medications, and calling patients with test results. EMA EMR experience is preferred. Office Hours: 7:30-4 or 8-4:30 Monday - Friday. Salary $15-18+/DOE. Benefits: health insurance, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, vacation, and paid holidays.
Medical Assistant (4 10-Hour Days) - We have a multi-provider Internal Medicine and Pediatric Practice located in Fountain Hills and we are currently in need of an MA with at least 1-2+ years of experience. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, administer injections, EKG's, strep cultures, UA's, enter chief complaint, H&P, progress notes into EMR (Centricity A+), call patient with test results, triage, and take prescription refill calls. Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (off on Wednesday!) 7-5. Salary $15-19+/DOE. Medical Assistant - We have a multi-provider Oncology practice located in Scottsdale in need of an additional Medical Assistant.
Oncology experience is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, administer injections, (phlebotomy exp. is A+), obtain prior authorization for medications, schedule tests and procedures, prescription refill calls, and float to assist with chemotherapy monitoring. Scribe / Medical Assistant - We have a two-provider Podiatry Practice located in Scottsdale and we are currently looking for a Scribe with excellent medical terminology and EMR experience. Must have excellent written skills. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, scribe consults, take chief complaint, history and physicals, and referral letters. Medical Assistant - We have a solo practitioner Plastic Surgeon located in North Scottsdale and we are currently looking for an MA with at least one year of surgical experience. Job Duties: room patients, gather information from patient regarding medical services they are seeking, dictate physicians notes into EMR, prepare surgical packets for the patient, pull drains, suture removals, wound care, dressing changes, assist in minor in-office procedures, and ensure back office patient flow adheres to office schedule. Medical Assistant (New Graduates Welcome!) 80% Back Office / 20% Front Office - We have a multi-provider Urology practice located in Scottsdale and we are presently looking for an MA. We would prefer a candidate with Urology experience, but it is not required. Our office specializes in treating: urinary incontinence, kidney stones, male infertility, no-scalpel vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, impotence/erectile dysfunction, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, cancer of the kidney, etc. Job Duties: room patient, take vitals, enter chief complaint, history, and physical into EMR, assist with catheters, sterile tray set-up and assist with in-office procedures (biopsies, vasectomies), schedule outside tests and procedures, obtain prior authorizations, prescription refill calls, and float to front office to check patients in and out. Salary $10-16/DOE. Office Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Benefits: 80% of health insurance premium paid, pension, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Medical Assistant - We have a solo practitioner Dermatologist located in South Scottsdale and we are presently looking for an MA with either Dermatology or Plastic Surgery experience. Mohs surgical assisting experience is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, assist with minor surgical procedures - mole, skin tag, cyst removals, Mohs surgery, remove suture, wound care, dressing changes, pre-op/post-op patient education, prescription refill calls, and obtain prior authorizations. Medical Assistant/Surgery Scheduler or Orthopedic Tech - We have a multi-physician Orthopedic practice located in Phoenix and we are presently in need of an additional MA for our practice. Job Duties: room patients, enter H&P/chief complaint into EMR (Centricity software is A+), take vitals, administer injections, assist with splinting and casting, suture removals, drain pulls, wound care, dressing changes, schedule orthotics, schedule for diagnostic testing and surgeries, ensure all patient consent forms are filled out and signed, ensure all test results and medical records have been obtained by referring physicians, obtain prior authorizations, call patients with test results, and prescription refill calls.
