Payment Poster - We have a multi-provider with variety of surgical specialties and we are currently in need of a Payment Poster. Job Duties: Reconcile all deposits, post patient and insurance payments, make contracted adjustments, and work with other billing team member on collections as needed. Office Hours: Choose: 7-4:30, 7:30-5, 8-5:30 Monday - Friday. Salary: $/Depends on Experience. Benefits: health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Insurance Collections - (New Graduates Welcome) - We have a multi-provider ENT Practice located in Phoenix and we are currently in need of an insurance collections person. Job Duties: follow-up on any unpaid or denied claims, write appeal letters, refile claims, explain to patients financial responsibility, generate patient statements, and set-up patient payment plans. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday - Thursday, Friday 9-2. Salary $/DOE. Benefits: $300 per month towards your own medical insurance, dental, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Insurance Collections - We have a multi-provider Orthopedic practice located in Southeast Phoenix Scottsdale and we are presently in need of an insurance collections person to add to our billing department. Job Duties: (we would prefer a candidate with strong BCBS collections experience) - call insurance provider for claims status, research and resubmit denials, write appeal letters, and soft patient collections. Salary / DOE. Office Hours: 7-4/8-5 Monday through Friday (some flexibility with schedule). Benefits: health insurance, 401k, pension, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Insurance Collections - We have a multi-provider ENT group with multiple valley locations looking for a biller/collector with at least 2+ years of complete medical billing and collections experience for our Scottsdale office. Centricity software is A+, but not required. Job Duties: strong E&M coding, know modifiers (physicians code their own superbills, but must check coding), download EFTS, explain to patients financial responsibility, post patient and insurance payments, take patient calls and explain patient their financial responsibility, re submission of denied claims, claim for claims status, send-out patient statements, and set patient up on payment plans. Salary $/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday - Friday. Benefits: health insurance, 401K, dental, life insurance, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
Insurance Billing/Collections Float Front Office - We have a solo practitioner Plastic Surgeon located in Scottsdale and we are presently in need of an experienced medical candidate with at least 1-3+ years of experience in a private practice setting. Job Duties: answer phones, schedule new patient consultations, return appointments, reconfirm appointments, collect patient payments, verify insurance coverage, file insurance claims, post insurance payments, and follow-up on any unpaid or denied claims.
