Our privately owned and operated general dental practice is seeking an outstanding Lead Dental Assistant to join our team.
Our team has developed the systems necessary to provide high quality care to our patients while simultaneously providing them with an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate would be able to maintain the systems already in place and serve our patients at the level that they have come to expect.
In order to qualify for joining our team, candidates should:
Be dependable
Possess excellent communication skills
Be eager to learn as well as teach
Be able to execute established systems
Be a self-starter
This position requires:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Dental Assistant
AZ x-ray certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner without constant oversight
Excellent typing skills
Outgoing, upbeat personality
Training and coaching of new dental assistants using systems already in place
Inventory (ordering)
Monitoring and growing doctor production
