Requirements and job responsibilities:
⢠HVAC Certification a PLUS but not required
⢠Must have basic tools
⢠Ability to paint and change locks
⢠Minor plumbing repair such as replacing fixtures if needed
⢠Minor electrical repair such as replacing ceiling fans, outlets and fixtures if needed
⢠Must be willing to help with grounds as needed
⢠Must be dependable and a team player
⢠Must be efficient but have attention to detail
⢠Must have great customer service skills
⢠Must have vehicle for permanent, full-time positions
