What we’re Looking for:
You must have strong knowledge and field experience and a desire to succeed with your team. Previous leadership experience is preferred in this position, but we are open to train those who are highly experienced in paving and ready to make the leap into leadership responsibilities.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
Experience in asphalt raking, paving, operating heavy equipment, etc.
Ability to manage schedules and understand budgets
Ability to communicate effectively with inspectors and management
Positive, can-do attitude
Keep safety top of mind and in practice
Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Possess valid driver’s license
