POSITION SUMMARY
The Cabinet Modifications Specialist focuses on advanced and complex cabinetry modifications, ensuring high-quality results and customization according to client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, advanced modification techniques, and the ability to solve complex problems related to cabinetry adjustments. The Specialist works closely with designers and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

OBJECTIVES
Perform advanced modifications and customizations to cabinetry based on detailed design requirements.
Collaborate with designers and clients to understand and implement complex modification needs.
Use advanced tools and techniques for precise and efficient modifications.
Manage multiple modification projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Develop and implement innovative solutions for challenging modification requests.
Maintain accurate records of modifications, including design changes and client feedback.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients and team members on modification options.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the modification process.
Evaluate and suggest improvements to modification processes and techniques.
Prepare and present detailed reports on modification projects and outcomes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced vocational training or certification in cabinetry or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinetry modifications, with a focus on advanced and custom projects.
Proven track record of handling complex modifications and high-level client interactions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy cabinetry components (up to 50 lbs).
Stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
Manual dexterity for precise and detailed modification tasks.
Capability to work in various physical environments, including exposure to dust and noise.
Proficiency in safely handling and operating advanced tools and equipment.
