We are looking for someone with knowledge of basic janitorial & housekeeping protocols, as this person will be expected to upkeep all aspects of multiple facilities located in North Phoenix. Position is full time Monday – Saturday 6.5 hours/day. Day time hours, with flexibility in starting/ending times. Time will be split between residential cleaning and commercial cleaning.
Duties including but not limited to; general cleaning (sanitizing, dusting, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, etc), the cleaning of machinery and other equipment, floor sweeping and mopping, folding/hanging laundry, organizing, washing walls & counter-tops, maintaining bathroom cleanliness and supplies, trash removal, basic grounds-keeping, and the cleaning of any messes that occur.
We want someone who will take pride in the appearance of facilities, has strong attention to detail, and is highly reliable.
Pay for Cleaning Technician is $12.50/hour. We operate a weekly payroll.
