We are hiring about 15 helpers to take down Christmas lights for the full month of January. This is full-time, outdoor work helping remove residential Christmas lights.
Pay: $18/hour (W-2)
Hours: 55–60 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–4:30/5:00pm
Season: Full month of January
Location: Meet daily at our warehouse in Mesa and ride out to job sites with the team

Job Duties:
Remove Christmas lights from homes and properties
Work on ladders and rooftops safely
Carefully remove lights, clips, and extension cords
Coil, label, and organize lights by customer
Assist with cleanup
Load/unload trucks and equipment
Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Comfortable working outdoors (Its chilly in the morning)
Able to lift and handle ladders/storage totes
Reliable and punctual
Must be available to work the entire month of January
Must be able to work 55–60 hours per week
No experience required , but ladder or roof experience is a plus
