MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER NEEDED FOR A LONG-TERM POSITION. HOUSING INCLUDED

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Maintenance Manager. This motivated team member will take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives.
We are looking to employ a long-term employee with strong ethics & integrity, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must live on-site in provided apt and have plumbing experience, especially in repairing water lines and snaking outside sewer clean outs. Maintenance experience and construction knowledge is preferred. Candidates must pass a background check. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9-6pm with weekends off (except as needed for emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. This maintenance manager will have a work truck and will float between three parks.
Other general duties, include but are not limited to:
⢠Repairs to Furnaces, hot water heaters, AC units,
⢠Electrical Appliances- hook up and repair
⢠Clean up, trash pickup around parks including dumpsters
⢠Move Staging items from home to home
⢠Graffiti Removal Cool Coating and Roof Repairs Pool Care Daily Glass Repair Painting- Interior/ Exterior of homes
⢠All phases of remodeling the interior of homes
⢠Repairs to home skirting
⢠Repairs to home Awnings
⢠trashing out Interior of mobile homes as needed
⢠Coolers- Start up, winterizing and repairs
⢠General landscaping on the property
⢠Tree Trimming
