Glendale Cascade is currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful west valley community.
Maintenance Technician
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- CPO preferred but not mandatory
-Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall
-Taking care of the pool
-Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
-Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
-Must be professional and possess customer service skills
-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
-Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers
-Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the other staff members
