Growing pool company is looking for a couple technicians to join our team!
Looking for people who are hardworking and have a great attitude. We will teach for the skills required! Experienced techs don't hesitate to apply as well.
Requirements:
-18 and up
-Cellphone with internet
-Reliable truck
-Able to lift 50+lbs
-Go-getter (you are responisble for starting on time) (You are not going to be babysat!)
-Personable (Every once in a while a client may come out and chat with you)
-Early bird (Must be able to get up as early as 5 in the summer time to beat the heat, winter is a little bit more relaxed with starting time!)
You will be responsible for 45-90 pools a week. This is negotiable to what you feel comfortable with! Most of our openings are in the Tempe and Scottsdale area. If you need training, we start at $10 an hour. Once you are on your own pay is on average $10 a pool, with the ability to get 2-3, sometimes more done per hour! We also pay commission on small repairs. Our techs make on average $25-$30 an hour, sometimes upwards of $40 an hour.
You will be given two weeks of paid vacation after 6 months of employment. Thanksgiving and Christmas week. We also give Christmas bonuses for going above and beyond, or basically properly making our company and brand something people talk about.
