The Barricade Company is hiring Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS) to join our Phoenix team. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals with a current ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification who take pride in quality work and consistency. Your Role:
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades)
Read and implement traffic control plans accurately
Ensure work zones meet safety and compliance standards
Operate company vehicles and equipment safely
Communicate effectively with crews and contractors
Requirements
Current ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Flexible availability for day, night, or weekend work
