Sole practitioner seeks an Arizona licensed attorney with 0-4 years' experience to join his busy estate planning practice.
The candidate will have extensive, daily contact with clients and must thrive in a client-oriented environment. This position is not a hidden-away in the library "research and writing" or litigating "deposition and hearing" position. There is minimal support staff, i.e., the candidate is expected to draft their own letters, keep their own calendar, etc.
The attorney position requires approximately 80% of time meeting with clients to determine their estate planning needs and approximately 20% of time preparing estate plans, including revocable trusts, wills and related documents.
No estate planning experience necessary.
The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, a genuine concern for clients' welfare, and patience.
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays with occasional in-office weekend meetings or evening telephone meetings as clients require.
Salary: $4000 per month to start.
